Thanksgiving Day was quiet this year. There are not even any pictures! There was a 20 pound turkey and all the trimmings, not that we needed it for 4 people, but we were wanting to have enough leftovers for the next few days. On Friday, the rest of the family arrived.
Everyone was excited to see the little princess.
We girls did a little "Black Friday" shopping.
The heat and pain of the last Chicago Marathon having become a memory, the three runners high five to indicate their commitment to run again next year.
On Saturday, we made a brief shopping trip to select our new bedroom furniture, thanks to Willie B and all the OT in August and September.
All the kids go bowling together.
Grans enjoys visiting with little Carolyn.
Below you can see the attempt for an Irving Family Picture. It seems I remember whole rolls of film when this young mama was a baby. Hoping for a smile facing the camera. Our results looked a lot like this.
The little princess was so fetching in this dress, she got to where she was closing her eyes even before the flash at times!
What's the deal with the blurring line?
For example, I am quite certain that Marcellus really never was the same after The Robe.
